The most common cause for being unable to connect Google Analytics to Okiano is that the account you are logged in with does not have the required admin permission to complete the linking.
You can find this out by visiting your Google Analytics account, clicking on ‘Admin’ and ‘Account User Management’.
Please check to see whether you have permission to ‘Edit, Collaborate, Read & Analyze, Manage Users’.
Please also check if the email account firstname.lastname@example.org is listed as having permission. You can see this by clicking on Admin > Account User Management (in Account level).
If so, then you have successfully completed the connection.
If not, please return to your Okiano account and attempt to connect again.
